The Head of Finance will own the entire finance function, including automating financial data pipelines between Stripe, HubSpot, and QuickBooks. They will also build strategic financial models, manage monthly closes, and prepare the company for Series A fundraising.

Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, activation, health monitoring, and expansion. Act as the technical partner to ensure customers successfully achieve business outcomes using the data infrastructure.

The role involves building and maintaining production-ready data pipelines using DBT and Snowflake, owning data engineering features end-to-end, and fixing/improving existing pipelines to enhance performance. Responsibilities also include driving automation, providing second-line support for data issues, and implementing data quality improvements through validation and monitoring.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI, focusing on developing high-performance RESTful APIs that power AI agents and GTM workflows. Responsibilities also include owning backend features end-to-end, architecting cloud infrastructure, and ensuring system scalability, observability, and fault tolerance.
