Returnless / SendDirect B.V.

The Account Executive is responsible for expanding Returnless in the German market by managing incoming leads and developing new outbound opportunities. Key tasks include conducting product demos, qualifying customers, and managing the sales pipeline from first contact to contract closure.

Act as the central contact for German-speaking customers to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value from the Returnless platform. Analyze return process challenges and provide technical and operational solutions via email, phone, and video calls.
