The role involves proactively building a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound activities, cold calling, and managing inbound leads. You will guide potential customers through the entire sales process from offer creation to closing and maintain a clean CRM for accurate forecasting.

The Sales Manager will proactively acquire new customers across all industries within their assigned sales territory (Carinthia OR Styria). Responsibilities include independently generating appointments with potential new clients, planning tours, creating offers, securing contract closures, and daily reporting using the new tool.
