Manage the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program and ensure all project personnel comply with safety laws, company programs, and client requirements. Supervise HSEQ technicians and coordinators while conducting safety inspections and audits across assigned projects.

The Construction Estimator will prepare full estimates for complex construction projects, analyzing RFPs and construction documents to determine costs and project schedules. They will work closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates and mitigate risks.
