Own and elevate end-to-end recruiting operations, including ATS management and partnering with hiring managers to develop hiring plans. Additionally, provide operational support for People Ops tasks such as employee data maintenance and team engagement activities.

The analyst will support multi-entity accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, and deferred revenue recognition. Additionally, they will partner with business unit leaders to provide financial reporting, variance analysis, and actionable business insights.

The role primarily involves developing TypeScript services for subscription management, billing workflows, and merchant-facing APIs, requiring independent feature delivery from proposal to production monitoring. Responsibilities also include contributing to React front-ends and participating in architectural discussions within a multi-disciplined product engineering team.
