Manage and resolve student enquiries and cases through the CRM system while coordinating with academic and operational departments. Ensure all cases are tracked, documented, and closed within agreed service timelines to maintain a positive student experience.

This role involves acting as the first point of contact for student queries, coordinating academic and administrative operations, and maintaining accurate student records on the UNIT-e system. Key duties include managing class registers, monitoring cohort attendance and performance, and providing general administrative support to senior staff.

The Timetabling Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operational management and coordination of institutional timetabling for teaching and exams, ensuring the student-centred timetable is accurate and delivered on time. This includes constructing, maintaining, and publishing the university's teaching timetable using specialist software and optimizing teaching space utilization.
