The Principal serves as the Project Strategic Lead, overseeing the delivery of high-quality value communications and HTA submissions for global pharma clients. They are also responsible for line managing and mentoring Consultants and Senior Consultants within the Scientific Services team.

Develop high-quality scientific communications and value dossiers for pharmaceutical clients while providing strategic guidance to the team. Lead day-to-day project activities, manage client relationships, and mentor junior analysts.

Develop high-quality scientific and medical content, including value dossiers and HTA submissions for pharma clients. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior team members while managing project timelines and client relationships.
