The CRM Manager acts as the technical hub for Customer Support and Success, owning the HubSpot Service Hub and optimizing pipelines, automation, and data quality. They are responsible for developing self-service AI solutions and translating operational needs into scalable technical CRM workflows.

Act as the primary point of contact for partners, handling inquiries across all service channels regarding memberships, orders, and products. Maintain data quality within the HubSpot CRM and proactively identify opportunities to optimize daily business processes and self-service tools.
