The role involves technical ownership of code refactors, participating in scrum meetings, and managing Jira tickets for the development pod.

Develop, test, and maintain scalable frontend and backend code for the Race Roster product. Responsibilities include participating in design discussions, mentoring junior developers, and optimizing application performance.

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while overseeing the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. Balance hands-on coding with project management to ensure delivery within budget and alignment with business objectives.
