Lead all project management aspects from kickoff to release for software and training projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. Coordinate resources, manage stakeholder relationships, and report project metrics and risks to the Director of Delivery.
Design and develop impactful training systems and digital courseware for defense, aerospace, and marine clients. Collaborate with SMEs and project managers to conduct needs analyses and build engaging learning experiences using tools like Articulate 360.
