The engineer will design, enhance, and develop core backend services handling billions of requests for a no-code platform, focusing on scalability, performance, modernization, and cloud optimization. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end implementation, mentoring other engineers, and proactively identifying system optimization opportunities.

This director will lead the evolution of the platform's UX and UI into a modern, cohesive design system, overseeing and growing a team of designers who partner with Product Management and Engineering. Key duties include modernizing the experience, defining and scaling the design system, and championing user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle.
