Promoboxx

The specialist will monitor the support inbox, respond to customer inquiries, and conduct 1:1 Zoom trainings to help users navigate the Promoboxx platform. They will also maintain customer data and assist Customer Success Managers with reporting and special projects.

The BDR is responsible for driving growth by identifying ideal company profiles and securing conversations with C-level executives at top consumer brands. This involves leveraging multi-channel outreach and utilizing Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and articulate the company's value proposition.
