Own and scale organic traffic growth for BloomNation's marketplace and premium florist websites through technical SEO and engineering. Design and build internal and customer-facing SEO tools while managing tracking infrastructure and search platform integrations.

You will manage a dedicated book of business to ensure client retention and satisfaction while supervising a team of five offshore representatives. Additionally, you will act as a product evangelist and identify process inefficiencies to improve the overall user experience.

The Customer Success Manager will take ownership of a book of business, ensuring clients receive the expected value and maintaining high retention. They will drive adoption of Promenade’s offerings and handle support requests while advocating for partners.
