Identify opportunities to use AI and technology to address organizational and mission-related needs, then develop, implement, and maintain solutions such as automations, improved workflows, AI applications, and internal web apps. Partner with teams and the IT Lead to support adoption, establish organization-wide standards, and ensure solutions are secure, documented, maintainable, and continuously improved.
Develop and operate AI applications, automations, API integrations, and internal web applications, taking solutions from initial idea and prototyping through deployment and ongoing maintenance. Establish reliable and secure DevOps practices, including infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, backups, incident response, and team enablement, in collaboration with the IT Lead and organizational teams.
