The engineer will develop AI-based cloud solutions for predictive maintenance within an agile Scrum team. Responsibilities include technical implementation, model training, quality assurance, and managing the deployment infrastructure in a Kubernetes environment.
You will manage and administer IBM AIX-based systems, including server hardware, VIOS, and HMC, while supporting high-availability solutions using PowerHA. Additionally, you will be responsible for data backup operations using IBM Storage Protect and managing Linux partitions on the Power platform.
Act as the central point of contact for Managed Services customers, managing service levels and conducting regular service reviews. Responsible for optimizing service quality, managing the onboarding of new customers, and serving as the interface between the client and IT operations.
