Act as the central point of contact for Managed Services customers, managing service levels and conducting regular service reviews. Responsible for optimizing service quality, managing the onboarding of new customers, and serving as the interface between the client and IT operations.

You will be responsible for administering IBM AIX systems, including server hardware, VIOS, and HMC, as well as managing high-availability solutions using PowerHA. Additionally, you will support data backup operations using IBM Storage Protect and contribute to the maintenance of Linux partitions on the Power platform.
