The role involves the independent organization and coordination of renovation projects, including close collaboration with management and external authorities. You will oversee all construction phases, from land acquisition to completion, while ensuring project documentation and site status control.

You will support the team at the intersection of accounting and daily operations, handling preparatory bookkeeping and invoice processing. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks, database maintenance, and recruitment support as needed.
