Proactively contact prospective clients via various mediums to present value propositions and uncover business needs. Qualify leads through discovery calls to create opportunities for Account Executives while maintaining CRM data.

Own the creation and maintenance of the knowledge base and training materials for both internal teams and customers. Deliver live training sessions and workshops while leveraging AI tools to automate content workflows.

Build and configure Salesforce solutions based on architectural designs, including data migration and deployment. Provide technical support during UAT, sprint testing, and post-deployment to ensure customer success.

Coordinate 3-4 concurrent client onboarding projects, managing timelines, documentation, and communication. Act as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with internal consultants and engineers to ensure successful platform implementation.
