Support the clinical research use of the Layer 7 BCI device by guiding intraoperative use and managing data collection at clinical sites. Collaborate with neurosurgeons and engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and train clinical staff on surgical workflows.

This role is central to translating breakthrough neurotechnology into real-world clinical adoption by establishing sustainable coverage, coding, payment, and evidence strategies for a Class III neurotechnology device. The leader will define the go-to-market and access model for a first-in-category Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) platform.
