Own technical requests end-to-end for the Praetorian Guard Platform, including integration setup and root-cause diagnosis. Scale customer success by building self-help documentation and shipping small code fixes directly to the platform.
The Demand Generation Expert will independently build and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that deliver qualified pipeline aligned to the Ideal Customer Profile. They will also drive full-funnel strategy and maintain alignment with sales to reduce customer acquisition costs while increasing qualified lead volume.
The manager will lead, develop, and retain a team of up to 10 offensive security engineers while maintaining a maniacal focus on client satisfaction and technical precision across all engagements. Key duties include driving team performance against defined objectives, integrating offensive findings into the Guard platform, and championing the adoption of AI and automation within workflows.
