The Intake Coordinator manages high-volume client onboarding, including referral processing, eligibility verification, and documentation coordination. They serve as the primary point of contact for families, ensuring a seamless transition into services while maintaining accurate data across systems.
Manage the inbound client inquiry queue to qualify leads and convert them into active intake workflows. Act as the operational bridge between initial family inquiries and full onboarding by coordinating with Intake Coordinators.
