Provide Tier 1 technical support for brokers and end-users by resolving system inquiries and managing incident reports via JIRA. Document common issues and perform data analysis to recommend process enhancements and system improvements.

Lead on-site investigations for high-value property claims to assess losses and determine coverage eligibility. Partner with service providers and brokers to deliver fair resolutions while identifying underwriting risks.
