Provide technical and procedural support to help PSI achieve GCF accreditation by aligning organizational policies with GCF standards. This includes reviewing documentation, developing ESMS and GESI frameworks, and managing communications with the GCF Secretariat.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the HXP CEO and PSI President, including managing meeting cadences and executive scheduling. Acts as the primary liaison for the board of directors and coordinates internal communications across controlled entities.

Provides administrative and operational support for daily operations and project management within the Delivery team. Responsibilities include basic financial management, procurement, and the development of knowledge management tools and systems.

The advisor will support the design, implementation, and adaptation of the DISC project by developing guidance, training partners on quality of care and demand generation, and monitoring performance data against budgets. They will also cultivate external partnerships to ensure the sustainability of the project's impact across various markets.
