Provides administrative and operational support for daily operations and project management within the Delivery team. Responsibilities include basic financial management, procurement, and the development of knowledge management tools and systems.

The advisor will support the design, implementation, and adaptation of the DISC project by developing guidance, training partners on quality of care and demand generation, and monitoring performance data against budgets. They will also cultivate external partnerships to ensure the sustainability of the project's impact across various markets.
