Country Manager DACH
Develop and deliver the commercial strategy, sales plans, and growth initiatives for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, managing distributors, key retail accounts, negotiations, and trade marketing. Represent the DACH market within the European organisation, build customer and partner relationships, support local team members, and collaborate across functions to meet revenue, profit, and inventory objectives.
