Lead clients through the onboarding, configuration, and deployment of the PlexTrac platform to ensure successful adoption. Serve as the primary technical point of contact, managing implementation timelines and delivering product training.

The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will lead the charge on security and reliability at the system level, working closely with engineering, product, and leadership. Responsibilities include writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code, vulnerability management, incident response, and developing automated CI/CD pipelines.

Own and evolve the GTM tech stack, serving as the technical authority for Salesforce and integrated tools like Gong and DealHub. Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and manage the full user access lifecycle.

Own the end-to-end design of complex, data-dense product areas from initial problem definition to polished shipment. Partner with product and engineering teams to simplify ambiguous requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to detect security threats and manage exposure. Develop production AI features including prompt orchestration, RAG, and automated performance pipelines.
