The Director of Organizing will lead the development and execution of statewide organizing strategies to build grassroots power and advance reproductive freedom. They will oversee field operations, manage organizing staff, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

The Major Gifts Officer will manage and grow a portfolio of major donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. They will also develop strategic fundraising plans and collaborate with internal teams to advance the organization's mission.
