The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall sales and economic development of the Stuttgart region, including revenue, growth, and quality. This includes the disciplinary leadership of sales managers and real estate agents to ensure sustainable team and talent development.

You will hold overall responsibility for the sales and economic development of your region, including managing revenue, growth, and performance. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team of sales managers and real estate agents while maintaining strong professional networks.

You will manage the acquisition of real estate clients and guide the entire sales process through to the notary appointment. Additionally, you will act entrepreneurially to develop your regional network and leverage partnerships with financial institutions.
