The Clinical Director in Training will undergo extensive training to gain the knowledge necessary to operate an affiliated assisted living community. They are responsible for mastering standards of practice and assisting in overall community operations to achieve certification or licensure.

The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) is responsible for becoming familiar with assisted living standards of practice and achieving competency across all community departments. The CDIT will assist in overall community operations while completing required training hours for certification or licensure.
