The agent will respond to user queries via Intercom and act as a bridge between users and the Product team. Responsibilities include reporting product malfunctions, creating guidance videos, and managing App Store and Trustpilot reviews.

You will lead the machine learning team by defining long-term technical strategy and driving the development of foundational models. Additionally, you will scale the team, mentor engineers, and bridge the gap between research and product implementation.

The role involves driving measurable revenue growth for the SMB business by acquiring, converting, and retaining new users across various channels, with direct accountability for monthly goals. This person will analyze demand signals to build assets like tools or pages that capture that demand and drive user acquisition at scale.

This role is responsible for building and optimizing the operational infrastructure for enterprise marketing, ensuring precise execution of campaigns, account-based programs, and lead flows with clean data integrity. The manager will operationalize enterprise demand capture, nurturing, qualification, and handoff within the broader revenue framework using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
