The Engineering Manager will lead teams of AI/ML, data, and full-stack engineers to deliver AI-native products, defining organizational structure and cultivating high-performing teams through recruitment and mentorship. This role involves close collaboration with product, research, and data science teams to set strategic goals and roadmaps for AI product development.

The role involves leading the development of early-phase, high-impact AI/ML systems, owning the internal ML development environment, and ensuring scientific rigor in production pipelines. Responsibilities include building training/inference infrastructure, designing scalable AI systems for healthcare data, and operating AI/ML systems end-to-end from problem framing to deployment.

The role involves designing, coding, testing, deploying, and operating frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems that power models and specialized reasoning agents. Responsibilities also include running A/B tests, shipping production features tied to business outcomes, and partnering with product managers to automate manual workflows using AI.
