The Customer Support Coordinator will monitor user activity, respond to support tickets, and flag platform issues to ensure a safe experience. They will also manage ongoing communications and collaborate with product and engineering teams to track and prioritize open issues.

The intern will perform hands-on accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and vendor contract reviews. They will also assist with billing, cash application, coding, and various assigned projects throughout the 12-week program.

The coordinator develops project plans, manages staffing, and oversees the construction and setup of new pet care centers and veterinary hospitals. They are responsible for monitoring budgets, ensuring adherence to blueprints, and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines.
