The Medical Director is responsible for the design, execution, and medical oversight of oncology clinical trials, translating AI predictions into scientific protocols. They will lead medical monitoring, manage site interactions, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive clinical strategy and regulatory submissions.

Establish and lead the clinical data management function, owning data collection, cleaning, and integrity for oncology trials. The role involves orchestrating AI agents to automate routine CDM tasks while managing CROs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
