Design and implement quantitative risk models and stress testing frameworks for digital assets and RWA vaults. Develop risk ratings, monitor market liquidity, and produce institutional-grade research and publications.

You will drive commercial growth by building strategic partnerships with financial institutions, exchanges, and protocols to scale the adoption of risk ratings. Additionally, you will represent the company as a thought leader and manage the global listing alliance community.

The Director will aggregate and analyze data to generate meaningful insights, prepare comprehensive rating reports, and coordinate internal/external requirements to align the product with business objectives. They must ensure research quality meets high standards, comply with regulations, and continuously improve data collection and reporting processes.
