Represent veterans in disability compensation claims before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. Develop legal strategies, analyze medical and service records, and prepare necessary legal documentation to support claims.

Provide comprehensive support for federal appeals in Social Security Disability and Veterans Compensation cases. Responsibilities include preparing court documents, managing case files, and maintaining professional communication with clients and court personnel.

The Associate Attorney will support clients through the Social Security Disability process by preparing them for hearings, representing them before administrative law judges, and drafting appeals as necessary. Key duties include preparing clients professionally and empathetically, representing them in hearings, and drafting administrative appeals to the Appeals Council.
