Partner with AI labs to develop targeted solutions and provide strategic guidance on LLM evaluation. Responsibilities include writing code, building custom web applications, and influencing the product roadmap through interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will lead complex system design discussions and define the technology stacks for AI product development. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to build prototypes and establish engineering guidelines that ensure scalable, high-quality AI solutions.

The Data Delivery Lead will own the architecture, execution, and continuous improvement of complex data collection and evaluation workflows, ranging from initial scoping to final delivery for human training data pipelines. This involves designing end-to-end pipelines for various training methods (RLVR, RLHF, SFT, red-teaming) and building, testing, and iterating on AI agents to automate pipeline tasks.
