The Solutions Engineer will bridge the gap between innovative technology and enterprise customer needs by developing and prototyping tailored solutions. They will manage projects from initiation to delivery while collaborating across sales, operations, and engineering teams.

You will lead complex system design discussions and define the technology stacks for AI product development. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to build prototypes and establish engineering guidelines that ensure scalable, high-quality AI solutions.

The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions using company products, taking ownership of projects from initiation to successful delivery. This role involves working closely with sales, operations, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive customer solutions.

The Data Delivery Lead will own the architecture, execution, and continuous improvement of complex data collection and evaluation workflows, ranging from initial scoping to final delivery for human training data pipelines. This involves designing end-to-end pipelines for various training methods (RLVR, RLHF, SFT, red-teaming) and building, testing, and iterating on AI agents to automate pipeline tasks.
