Assists Medical Management nurses with non-RN processes, including case finding and patient guidance to improve healthcare outcomes. Coordinates care activities between Utilization Management and Case Management while managing ER utilization reports.

Manage identity and access for all information services applications, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access change requests. Collaborate with IT-GRC and security teams to optimize user access reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Technical Product Manager drives the delivery of scalable applications for clinical and operational workflows while leading the enterprise-wide integration of AI solutions. This includes managing product backlogs, coordinating with engineering leads, and overseeing AI vendor relationships and proofs of concept.
