The Clinical Informaticist will serve as a clinical subject matter expert to design, build, and maintain clinical data assets that power decision support and workflows. They will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure data-driven features are safe, usable, and clinically meaningful.

Collaborate with and mentor Nurse Practitioners through asynchronous chart audits and delegation of prescriptive authority. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while adhering to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
Provide virtual healthcare services including diagnosis and treatment plans via video, phone, and messaging. Manage acute and chronic conditions, specifically focusing on medical weight loss and low-acuity behavioral health.
Conduct virtual patient consultations across urgent care, primary care, and medical weight loss using video, phone, and chat. Develop evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through comprehensive charting.
Provide asynchronous and synchronous virtual patient care for low-acuity and acute conditions in an urgent care setting. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and reviewing laboratory results while maintaining high standards of documentation.
