The Sales Representative will manage an assigned territory to achieve sales objectives and renewal targets for OneAmerica/AUL products. They are also responsible for recruiting sales staff and conducting product seminars to support brokers and clients.

The manager is responsible for achieving satisfactory sales results and submissions of OneAmerica/AUL products within the assigned territory while meeting renewal objectives set by the home office. Key duties also involve assisting the Regional Vice President with marketing plan implementation, managing the budget, and conducting sales and product seminars.
