The Associate Brand Manager will lead the cross-functional process of bringing new products from concept to market, managing the NPD pipeline and packaging development. They will also coordinate between R&D, Ops, and Sales to ensure brand activation and commercial success.

Lead the end-to-end digital growth strategy by integrating paid, organic, influencer, and DTC channels into a coherent plan. Manage social-first brand activation, TikTok Shop execution, and performance reporting to optimize brand presence and conversion.
