The therapist is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services to a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, and families. They must also maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with community resources to support client recovery.

Institute Scholar Assistants will work with leadership to identify project-based assignments within one of the five Institute Centers, focusing on areas like science, technology, policy, evaluation, and research. Essential functions include data management, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and maintaining excellent interpersonal and communication standards.

The specialist will develop service relationships with clients and caregivers, providing psychosocial education and training tailored to individual needs and treatment plans. Key duties include facilitating daily living skills, accurately documenting interactions, identifying crises, and participating in interdisciplinary treatment planning for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Programs.
