The role involves translating regulatory policy changes into business requirements and functional specifications for digital banking solutions. You will manage roadmaps, align requirements across global regions, and oversee the product backlog from development through to UAT and production.

The Business Functional Analyst will bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and technical solutions for digital banking applications. They are responsible for managing product backlogs, coordinating with stakeholders across global regions, and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of project requirements.

Lead and participate in SAP EWM implementations and rollouts, translating business requirements into robust EWM solutions. Collaborate with multi-country teams and manage cross-functional workshops while contributing to testing and data migration activities.

The consultant will analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central and Recruiting. They will also provide ongoing support and ensure integration with other systems.
