The Account Manager will proactively seek out and acquire new clients, understand their specific needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions to drive business expansion for Shield Commercial Insurance Services. Responsibilities also include visiting potential and current agents in the field three days a week, maintaining relationships via calls and virtual meetings, and tracking sales activities in Salesforce.
