You will develop end-to-end features using React, Next.js, and Node.js while integrating AI-driven workflows into the platform. Additionally, you will focus on scaling the multi-tenant architecture and maintaining high performance for a growing user base.

You will lead the engineering team both technically and disciplinarily while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, and code reviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for scaling the platform's infrastructure and integrating AI solutions into both the product and development processes.
