The role involves owning and executing the product direction and roadmaps for Hardhat and EDR, acting as the primary owner for product prioritization decisions based on impact, cost, and strategy. This person will also define UX expectations, API behavior, and developer-facing feature design in close partnership with engineering teams.

The Senior Engineering Manager will manage two teams, Hardhat and EDR, overseeing the development of critical developer infrastructure for the Ethereum ecosystem. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, driving product delivery, and fostering team growth and collaboration.
