Lead the onboarding, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered Resolution Intelligence solutions for enterprise customers. Act as a technical advisor to drive adoption, manage integrations with CRM platforms, and measure business outcomes and ROI.

Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and deployment across multiple environments. Coordinate between engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality product certifications and stable deployments.
