Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for OSAT, test services, and critical materials within the semiconductor industry. Manage commercial negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and supply chain risk to ensure end-to-end visibility and assurance.

Manage end-to-end logistics processes including 3PL, material transits, and shipment returns while negotiating contracts with freight providers. Oversee import/export controls to minimize tariffs and supervise the logistics coordinator to ensure regulatory compliance.

Perform high-voltage semiconductor testing and characterization of SiC MOSFET devices while designing power electronics schematics and PCB layouts. Develop technical documentation and automation tools to support customer enablement and internal product development.
