Lead the identification and securing of complex non-cash gifts such as real estate, cryptocurrency, and closely held business interests. Collaborate with legal, finance, and fundraising teams to structure gifts and manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors.

The Partnerships Lead Consultant will strengthen relationships with existing partners and identify new strategic partnerships to advance NRDC's climate and clean energy initiatives in Africa. This role includes developing a comprehensive regional strategy and engaging with governmental bodies and local stakeholders.
