You will own the full sales cycle for the staking vertical, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and expanding partnerships with blockchain foundations. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end launch of new validator ecosystems and collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive growth.

This role involves conducting security reviews of systems, architectures, and code, acting as a security advisor to engineering teams, and defining/implementing security standards across infrastructure, applications, and blockchain systems. Responsibilities also include securing CI/CD pipelines, managing secrets, and participating in incident response.
