The role involves serving clients by offering life insurance, retirement, and legacy services, utilizing provided leads without cold calling or prospecting. Agents will have the opportunity to build their own business and earn based on their effort.

The role involves helping families with life and health insurance needs while building a personal business. Agents will utilize high-quality leads and receive mentorship and training to succeed in sales.

Agents will run 8–15 appointments weekly, contact leads, present solutions, and submit applications to help families. They are expected to engage in a system of Massive Action and Constant Correction.
