The Tax Manager will lead the tax offering for VC-backed technology businesses, focusing on transfer pricing, EMI, EIS/SEIS, and VAT. They will manage a portfolio of start-up and scale-up clients, providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
