The Operations Coordinator manages the scheduling and delivery of ASL interpreting and CART captioning services across multiple regions. This includes coordinating with clients and contractors, handling urgent requests, and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.

Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and service coverage while managing a small internal team and improving standard operating procedures. Partner with the CEO to track KPIs, manage CRM data, and coordinate with external vendors and government compliance requirements.

Manage government contracting activities, including proposal development, compliance matrices, and the tracking of contract deliverables. Support business growth through marketing initiatives, client outreach, and the refinement of internal operating procedures.
